If private message is not available, you can reach out to us at social@Assurant.com. Please include your full name and claim number. For your privacy and safety, please do not share personal information including addresses, emails, date of birth, credit card details, passwords, phone numbers, claim numbers and account information publicly. Any public posts or messages containing personal or sensitive information will be hidden or removed.

We reserve the right and sole discretion to remove any posts that violate the policies and terms of use on any of our channels. By using or accessing our platforms, you agree to refrain from posting the following types of content: profane, sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, offensive, or depictions of violence fraudulent, potentially libelous, deceptive, or misleading

solicitations of a personal or commercial nature

software viruses, corrupted files or any other type of malicious programs that may be harmful to others

attempts to impersonate staff or other community members

Content shared will be reviewed and deleted or hidden if it is in violation of these guidelines. If you repeatedly violate the above guidelines, you may be banned from our channels and reported.
